This project features and 880 sq.ft. kitchen/structure built as an extension of the existing home. The fireplace provides a focal point as you look out of the rear doors of the home. The fireplace is flanked by cypress doors leading into the bathroom/changing area and pool storage. Synonymous with our kitchens you will find a balance of reclaimed pine, brick, copper and stone to provide a timeless essence to the space.

The kitchen was left open to the right and left flank. The left side opens to the pool and patio, while the right side opens to the lawn and outdoor sports court. This kitchen is packed with everything a cook could wish for, and an abundance of countertop space to serve the guests.

The pool space is symmetrically centered on the center brick column of the structure. The pool is over 1000 sq.ft. and features a tanning ledge and spa that spills into the pool from the upper deck area. The quartzite pool deck is over 1900 sq.ft. and allows for plenty of space to layout, eat and let the kids plunge into the pool. An outdoor shower is tucked into the side of the structure and blends into the pool deck.
